Partner Vladimir Palamarciuc launched his first book

On November 29-th, 2022, Partner Vladimir Palamarciuc launched his first book "Banii și Obligațiile Pecuniare în Dreptul Civil" (Money and Monetary Obligations in Civil Law).

The event hosted people from academia who contributed and cooperated with the author in his  research, from Moldova, Romania and Germany,  legal professionals, judges, advocates, prosecutors, insolvency practitioners and public officials.

The book contains inter- and intra-disciplinary research on money and monetary obligations in civil law. The author structured the book in 3 chapters in which he addresses topics related to the legal theory of money, the general characteristic of pecuniary obligations, including aspects regarding execution, method, means and instruments of payment, monetary nominalism and the last chapter is devoted to specific effects of monetary obligations.

The research reflects a study of international practice and legal literature in 6 languages, carried out, among others, in the library of the University of Kiel (Germany) and the international library of UNIDROIT.
