Partner Vladimir Palamarciuc is with the firm since 2011. He specializes in civil law, contracts, public procurement, litigation and insolvency proceedings.

Vladimir gathered noticeable international experience by being involved as expert and participating in professional internships and legal research programs. In June 2018 Vladimir was elected as member of Consultative Board for the Council of Europe Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals Program (HELP), where he is also actively involved since 2015 as National Info Point and HELP certified trainer for on-line courses. Vladimir researched at the Institute of East European Law (Kiel, Germany) (2018), International Institute for Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) (Rome, Italy) (2017) and interned at the State Bar of New Mexico (Albuquerque, NM) under the Professional Fellows Program of the U.S. Department of State (2013).

Vladimir co-founded the Young Lawyers Association under the Moldovan Bar and was the first president of the organization (2012-2016). He is also constantly involved in legal profession reforms, such as creation of the Lawyers’ Training Center (2018), Lawyer’s Code of Ethics review (2015-2016), was commissioned by the Moldovan Ministry of Justice to conduct a research study on admission to the Moldovan Bar and formulate reform recommendations (2014).

He obtained his LL.M and Bachelor of Laws degrees and since 2013 is Lecturer of Civil Law at the Moldovan State University, Faculty Law.

Certified in Insolvency Administration. Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
