Maria Gogu

Associate Maria Gogu has been with the firm since 2023. Maria specializes in civil and commercial law, employment law, and dispute resolution, representing both individuals and corporate clients in litigation and advisory matters. She further assists clients in immigration law, guiding them through residence, work authorization, and related administrative procedures before national authorities. In parallel with her professional activity, Maria is actively engaged in pro bono initiatives, contributing to legal projects addressing employment rights, anti-discrimination, and the protection of human and children's rights, reflecting her commitment to advancing access to justice and responsible legal practice. Maria holds an LL.B. (2021) and an LL.M. in Civil Judicial Procedures (2023) from the Moldova State University. Since 2024, she has served as a trainer within the Moldovan Bar Association, taking part in the professional training programs for lawyers and trainee lawyers.
