  • Assistance with competition law clearances across a wide variety of competition areas, including with complex cross-border merger notifications; our firm obtained clearance for the first cross-border transaction notified to the local competition authority;

  • Assistance as part of competition investigations in numerous business areas;

  • Active assistance during competition inspections;

  • Assistance to beneficiaries of state aid, in particular with notification of state aid to the competition authority;

  • Active contributor to various international merger control grids;

  • Active involvement in the Moldovan competition law reform and a contributor to the current text of competition law and the subordinated legal acts.
