• Assisted the global nutrition company Herbalife International (NYSE: HLF) with setting up its subsidiary in the Republic of Moldova and advising the company on all matters related to its entry on the Moldovan market (since 2012);
  
  
• Assisting Lear Corporation (NYSE: LEA), a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems, in all aspects of setting up new trim plans in Moldova's free economic zones (since 2009);
  
  
• Assisting Carlsberg Ukraine Breweries in the takeover and reorganization of Moldovan beer distribution operations (since 2010);
  
  
• Assisting Adobe Systems on all commercial and employment aspects of running its Moldovan subsidiary (since 2010);
  
  
• Assisting the Ukrainian subsidiary of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries in setting up and running its Moldovan representative office (since 2010);
  
  
• Assisting the Moldovan representative office of Philip Morris International on all aspects of its Moldovan operations (since 2002);
  
  
• Assisting the Moldovan subsidiary of Procter & Gamble on all aspects of its Moldovan operations (since 2005);
  
  
• Assisting Mary Kay Cosmetics on all commercial and employment aspects of establishing and running its Moldovan subsidiary (since 2005).
