Vadim is a permanent member of legal teams assisting international lenders on numerous secured and unsecured financings in various sectors of the Moldovan economy. He is involved in the firm’s mandates on advising global technology leaders on Moldovan electronic communications/IT regulations and leads all of the firm’s advisory projects regarding aircraft leasing. Additionally, Vadim is a significant contributor to various litigation and pro-bono projects in various fields, including intellectual property, commercial contracts, etc. Vadim is involved in the vast majority of mandates awarded to the firm by international financial institutions, including the EBRD and the EIB.

He earned his LL.B. degree (2012) and LL.M. degree in International Law (2014) from Moldova State University, Faculty of Law.
